We’re partnering with an established and growing property technology business that provides software solutions to customers across the strata and property management sector.
As the business continues to grow, they’re looking for an Account Executive to drive new revenue opportunities while also helping existing customers get more value from the platform through product adoption, additional modules, and partner integrations.
This is a consultative sales role suited to someone who enjoys building long-term relationships and acting as a trusted advisor rather than simply selling software.
What You’ll Be Doing- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities within both existing and prospective customers.
- Running discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
- Building strong customer relationships through regular engagement, both virtually and face-to-face.
- Working closely with marketing and leadership teams to execute growth strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintaining an accurate pipeline, forecasting activity, and CRM hygiene.
- Representing the business at customer events, conferences, and industry functions.
- Collaborating with the wider sales team to share ideas, market insights, and successful sales strategies.
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
- Proven ability to build relationships and grow revenue within existing accounts while generating new business opportunities.
- Comfortable presenting solutions and communicating with stakeholders at multiple levels of an organisation.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand customer challenges and position solutions effectively.
- Organised and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.
- Experience within property technology, real estate software, or strata management solutions would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission.
