Application & Systems Analyst – Up to 110K – 3 days in office  

Job Overview:
We are seeking an Application & Systems Analysts to join a growing retail technology team. This hybrid role (satellite office 2–3 days/week with occasional travel to headquarters, or fully onsite if preferred) combines systems analysis and integration coordination. The analyst will support ERP, POS, and merchandising systems, troubleshoot data flows, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and optimize workflows across business units.

Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot systems including ERP, merchandising, data warehouse, integration platforms, and reporting tools.
• Use SQL to analyze and resolve application and data flow issues.
• Collaborate with IT, business teams, and vendors to ensure smooth system integrations.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and workflow improvements.
• Test, document, and support new software releases.
• Assist merchandising, finance, and store teams with system-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT controls, change management, access policies, and audit readiness.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting ERP systems and SQL-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with integrations (APIs, ETL, EDI, middleware).
• Familiarity with retail transaction flows (ERP, POS, merchandising systems).
• Knowledge of IT controls and compliance processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter, able to take ownership and drive tasks to completion.

Salary/Package:

• Base salary: 85,000 – 110,000
• 20% bonus opportunity
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision (premium applies for family coverage)
• PTO: 80 hours starting (includes sick leave)

Location:
Hybrid: Satellite office (2–3 days/week) with occasional travel to headquarters. Fully onsite can be considered.
