Azure Data Specialist – £60,000 – Exeter

Pearson Carter is currently working with a global MSP who is looking for a Azure Data Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the cost model for the Data Platform and work hand in hand with Data Engineering and Insight teams to operate key data pipelines and platform processes for data lifecycle management, data warehousing and modelling runs.
• Create and manage service model to deliver accurate data
• Acting as the senior responsible owner for data platform and data as a service artefact library

Experience Needed:

• Azure technology stack  (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL VMs, SQL Managed Instances, Azure SQL DB, Data Lakes, Azure Synapse, PostgreSQL including the PostGIS extender and Power BI)
• Experience of designing and overseeing service management models
• Proven experience of the architecture and deployment of complex data pipelines, connecting diverse data sources to consolidated repositories

This role offers a salary £60k per annum plus an attractive benefits package.

This client is offering remote working across the UK. Office based in Exeter
