    D365 BC Senior Account Manager – upto £65k £15k OTE

     

    Pearson Carter is currently working with an MS Solutions Partner known for their excellent client retention and meeting expectations with quality on-time delivery. They have a strong pipeline built through rock solid internal operations, where high standards are driven by recognition and respect.  They are looking for an Account Manager with excellent customer facing 

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, acting as the primary point of contact and leading regular strategic engagement to align with their goals and priorities.
    • Deliver high-quality service by coordinating internal teams, managing expectations, and ensuring consistent execution against agreed outcomes, timelines, and value.

    Experience

    • Strong experience in account management or customer-facing roles within SaaS or subscription environments, with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
    • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships, with strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving retention and account growth.
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

    Salary

    They offer an excellent salary package of up to £65.000 £15.000 OTE

    Location

     

    Remote – UK based. Must have full right to work in the UK
