Business Development Manager, Sydney (Hybrid)
Pearson Carter are currently working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company at the forefront of workforce management solutions for the security industry. Since launching in 2018, they have grown rapidly and now support over 500 clients across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, with further global expansion underway.
They are looking to grow their sales team with a high-performing Senior Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth across Australia, New Zealand, and the US. This role offers strong career progression into an Account Executive position.

Responsibilities:
Prospecting & lead generation across AUS, NZ & US
Cold outreach via calls and email
CRM management (HubSpot)
Qualifying leads and booking demos
Attending events and building partnerships
Collaborating with marketing on campaigns
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in a SaaS BDR role
Strong communication and prospecting skills
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Ideally experience within HR/workforce SaaS
Resilient, driven, and target-focused
