We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Business Applications Project Manager to lead critical projects and initiatives across our enterprise systems. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, enhance processes, and implement scalable solutions—primarily within ERP and related applications. What You’ll Do

Business Analysis & System Design

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and define both functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze and optimize existing business processes, aligning improvements with system capabilities.
• Design process flows and mock-ups to support system configurations and customizations.

Project Management

• Plan, lead, and deliver business application projects on time and within budget.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Track progress, manage risks, and provide transparent updates to stakeholders.

Systems Integration & Data Management

• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Manage data conversion, mapping, and validation efforts.
• Support data governance to uphold accuracy, compliance, and security standards.

Team Leadership

• Lead a cross-functional team of Business Application specialists.
• Mentor and develop talent, fostering a collaborative, innovative culture.
• Champion a customer-first mindset in system development and support.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization across systems and workflows.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in ERP/business systems analysis or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven success leading system implementation projects from start to finish.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant certifications (ERP, business analysis, project management) are a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
