Business Systems Manager, NetSuite
Location: Schaumburg, IL (Hybrid – up to 50% remote)
Your Mission with the Business Systems Team
Our client is in the midst of a major transformation—migrating from Oracle EBS to NetSuite. As Business Systems Manager, NetSuite, you’ll play a key role in leading this migration alongside our implementation partner. You’ll manage a skilled team while delivering tailored, scalable ERP solutions that empower our business. This full-time, permanent role reports directly to the VP of Business Systems.
What You’ll Do
- Lead post-go-live NetSuite implementation efforts, including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, project planning, execution, and change management.
- Manage enhancements and configurations within NetSuite, ensuring ongoing improvements that align with evolving business needs.
- Prioritize and deliver system updates through a defined roadmap, optimizing the NetSuite experience across departments.
- Coach and mentor your team, fostering a culture of continuous growth and technical excellence.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure NetSuite is fully leveraged across the organization.
What You Bring
- 4 years of experience managing and delivering NetSuite implementations.
- Certified in NetSuite (SuiteCloud, Administrator, SuiteScript, etc.).
- Proficiency across multiple NetSuite modules, including NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Deep understanding of NetSuite processes for operations, finance, and sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience leading teams, managing expectations, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
