Pearson Carter are currently working with a Leading IT Services and Solutions company who have specialized in doing so for over 20 years for business ranging from small start-ups to large enterprises. They are currently in search of someone who can supervise their IT support team and assist with any day-day operations to ensure all is running smoothly.
For this role the main requirements are: On-premises, Microsoft 365, 2nd/3rd line experience, along with the mentorship/lead exposure also.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT Support Team’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Manage, and optimize team schedules to ensure adequate coverage and effective resource utilization.
- Act as the second/third line of support for complex technical issues, stepping in to troubleshoot and resolve when needed.
- Mentor and develop team members, cultivating an environment of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Foster strong relationships with customers.
- Assist in creating procedural and training materials for the IT Support Team.
- Analyze performance of support activities and documented resolutions, and recommend changes to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Experience:
- On-premises to Cloud migration exp
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365
- Mentorship or experience supervising a team
- Must Drive!
Salary:
They are offering salaries up to €40,000 DOE.
Location:
Birkirkara, Malta
This would be a hybrid role looking at 1/2x a week in their office.
