    Job Title: CPQ/D365 CE – Power Platform Practice Manager – Full-Time (Remote, USA)

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced CPQ/D365 CE – Power Platform Practice Manager to lead and grow our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) practice. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep functional expertise in D365 CE and CPQ, a strong grasp of the Power Platform, and a passion for guiding high-performing teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and grow the D365 CE and Power Platform practice, focusing on Customer Service, Sales, and CPQ solutions.
    • Engage with clients to define strategy, advise on digital transformation, and ensure successful delivery of D365 CE solutions.
    • Oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of D365 CE and Power Platform solutions across client projects.
    • Mentor and develop consultants and team members, promoting best practices and professional growth.
    • Conduct solution architecture reviews, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and Microsoft guidelines.
    • Collaborate with leadership, project managers, and stakeholders to plan resource allocation and practice initiatives.
    • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage D365 CE, CPQ, and the Power Platform for client success.
    • Represent the practice in workshops, executive briefings, and client presentations.

    Experience & Skills:

    • Proven experience managing or leading D365 CE and CPQ-focused practices or teams.
    • Strong functional expertise in Customer Service, Sales, and CPQ within D365 CE.
    • Extensive knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Canvas Apps).
    • Experience in end-to-end solution delivery and architecture reviews for enterprise clients.
    • Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
    • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and client engagement abilities.
