D365 CE CRM Applications Support Analyst – Southampton / Remote – Up to £35,000

Pearson Carter are working with an established Law firm in the southeast to find an enthusiastic Applications Support Analyst to come into the company and have a positive impact within the team, assisting with support and having an input how the company can reach new heights.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the 1st line support team to help solve hardware/ software issues.
• Customer facing, engaging with Business Analysts and Developers.
• Provide support to complex IT issues and provide valuable solutions.

Experience:

• Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• 2nd line support experience and an understanding of 1st line support.
• Law/ Banking – Service desk experience (Good to have)
• SQL, SSRS Reporting and SharePoint experience (Good to have)

They offer an excellent salary package up to £35,000 plus excellent company benefits for the right candidate.

Location

The head office is based in Southampton; however you would be working remotely with the occasional visit to the office (Once a month)

**Even though this is a fully remote role, the candidate must be within 90 minutes of Southampton, as per the business requirements**
