CRM Functional Consultant – Malta – Up to €45,000

The Role
Pearson Carter is working with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner in Malta that is expanding its Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) team. They are seeking a skilled CRM Functional Consultant to deliver end-to-end solutions for a variety of client industries including financial services, public sector, healthcare, gaming, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading workshops and gathering client requirements

• Designing tailored Dynamics 365 CE solutions and creating full functional documentation in English

• Delivering user training, supporting go-lives, and ensuring successful implementations

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and directly with clients

• Supporting remote and on-site requirement gathering and training sessions

• Working with modules such as Sales, Marketing, Field Service, and Project Operations

Candidate Profile

• 2 years’ experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions

• Proven client-facing consulting experience with third-party solution delivery

• Strong understanding of D365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Engagement modules

• Field Service and Project Operations experience highly valued

• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English

• Familiarity with Power Platform, SharePoint, and O365 is advantageous

• Background working within an IT services or consultancy environment
