Customer Support Analyst – Dynamics 365 CRM

I’m recruiting for a Customer Support Analyst to join my Microsoft Gold Partner client on a permanent basis. 

The company provide their own Dynamics 365 CRM solution to clients, and are looking to expand their Customer Support team. 

Responsibilities

• Providing front line customer support
• Completing fixes/solutions where possible
• Escalating issues as & when required 

Experience

• 2+ years’ helpdesk support experience
• Experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM
• Strong customer service and communication 

Salary

The starting salary on offer for this role is up to £33,000 as well as a lucrative benefits package. 

Location

The head office is based in Nottinghamshire, and there is a hybrid working model in place.
