D365 2nd LINE SUPPORT CONSULTANT – £45,000
Pearson Carter are working with one of the leading Microsoft Partners based in the United Kingdom. They are looking to grow their team and hire an experienced 2nd line support consultant to support system upgrades, testing and deployment activities

Responsibilities
- Act as the escalation point for 1st line support queries related to Business Central.
- Assist with user training and on-boarding for new features or processes.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Business Central as a consultant or within support team
- Excellent knowledge and experience of LS Retail
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience within a Microsoft Partner environment
