D365 Application Support Analyst| National End User | £33,000

Pearson Carter are currently Working alongside a National End User who are based in Southampton. They work on a hybrid basis offering full home working with one days per month in the office. They wish to grow and expand which means they are looking for likeminded and motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT application incidents, requests, and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Employ appropriate application maintenance, support, and incident management processes.
• Provide timely communication to users on the status of service requests and incidents.
• Undertake IT application problem diagnosis, implementing problem resolution or prevention measures.
• Monitor the availability, performance, and throughput of supported IT applications.
• Maintain IT application support technical documentation.
• Understand and comply with the IT organisation requirements.

Experience

• Strong D365 CE experience
• Skilled in IT problem diagnosis and resolution.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
• Ability to understand and determine when issues to escalate to a higher level.
• Able to demonstrate continuous development and diversity in thinking.

Salary

They offer an excellent salary of up too: £33,000. This role also overs benefits such as:

Location

This National End User offers remote working BUT must travel to the office ONCE PER MONTH.
