Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (Business Central)

Location: Sydney
Work Arrangement: Full-time, Onsite
Salary: Up to 150K Super (DOE)

A growing Microsoft partner is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with strong Business Central expertise to join their Sydney-based team.

This role is ideal for a consultant with proven end-to-end implementation experience who enjoys delivering business-focused ERP solutions and working closely with clients across the full project lifecycle.

• Lead full end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and produce functional documentation
• Configure Business Central solutions aligned to customer needs
• Identify business process improvements and recommend system enhancements
• Manage solution modifications and customisations
• Deliver user training and create supporting documentation
• Support data migration and integration activities
• Assist with pre-sales demonstrations and solution workshops

• 3 years’ hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
• Strong functional expertise across Finance and Project modules
• Proven experience delivering full end-to-end implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Previous consulting or Microsoft partner experience highly regarded

• Advanced Warehouse Management experience
• Manufacturing module experience
• Dynamics CRM and/or Power Platform exposure
• Experience integrating Microsoft business applications

• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Proactive and solution-focused mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment
