Pearson Carter is working with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner with headquarters in Surrey, this organisation delivers innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions across the Financial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Retail industries. With a strong presence in the UK, and growing operations in Spain and the USA, the company is committed to helping businesses evolve through technology.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on the design, configuration, and implementation of D365 BC Finance modules.
• Deliver projects across a range of sizes — from SMEs to enterprise-level clients, both in the UK and internationally.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members while ensuring projects remain on scope, time, and budget.

About You

• Strong background in finance/accounting (part-qualified or qualified accounting background advantageous).
• Proven experience delivering D365 Business Central (or NAV) implementations with a Microsoft Partner.
• Deep understanding of key financial modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, etc.
