D365 BC Lead Support Consultant – Hybrid

Currently working with an established Microsoft Gold Partner who now wishes to make a senior addition to the support team. This role will be hybrid in central London, leading a team providing 1st and 2nd line support. 

Experience

• Experienced with supporting Business Central
• Experienced with providing 1st to 3rd point of contact support
• Senior experience or experience leading/managing a team 

Responsibilities

• Dealing with customer queries 1st to 3rd line support
• Operating through a ticket system
• Leading a team of support consultants

Salary

Offering a market-competitive rate up to £65,000 (DOE) alongside an extensive benefits package – including Health & Wellness package, Employee Assistance, Company Contributory Pension

Location

This client has an office in central London and is looking for someone to come on-site 2-days a week.
