D365 BC Project Manager - £70,000

A leading Microsoft Solutions Partner is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager following continued business growth and an internal promotion.

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects while providing day-to-day support and mentorship to a small team of Project Managers.

This is a hands-on leadership role, with approximately 75% of your time focused on project delivery and 25% supporting, coaching, and coordinating the wider project management function.

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects

• Deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, and timescales

• Create, manage, and maintain project plans throughout the project lifecycle

• Work closely with consultants, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

• Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring issues are proactively managed

• Provide regular project updates to customers and internal stakeholders

• Mentor, support, and coordinate a small team of Project Managers

• Promote best practice across project delivery, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement

• Ensure projects are delivered using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies where appropriate

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects

• Previous Microsoft Partner experience is essential

• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Experience managing multiple concurrent ERP implementation projects

• Excellent communication, organisation, and planning skills

• Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies

• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading project teams

• Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and deliver successful outcomes

• £65,000–£70,000
