D365 BC Sales Executive – Netherlands – Up to €120,000

An experienced D365 Business Central Sales Executive with a strong track record of driving ERP and digital transformation opportunities across a range of industries. Skilled in identifying customer challenges, building strategic relationships, and delivering tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions that align with business objectives. Experienced in managing the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and contract close. Adept at engaging with senior stakeholders, understanding operational and financial requirements, and collaborating with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Strong commercial awareness combined with excellent communication, consultative selling, and account management skills, consistently achieving revenue targets while fostering long-term customer partnerships and business growth.

Responsibilities
-Sell directly to end-customers
-Sell through Microsoft partners
-Build strategic relationships within the BC ecosystem
-Own and grow the BC revenue segment
-Drive software deals in mid-market and enterprise manufacturing organisations

Experience
-Based in Netherlands / speak Dutch
-Target candidates currently working as:
* Business Central Sales Executive
* ERP Sales Executive

Salary
€100,000 – €120,000 (€200,000 OTE) Benefits
