This is a hybrid or remote role offering autonomy, exposure to international clients, and long-term progression within a high-performance environment.

Lead the implementation of full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects across diverse industry verticals such as finance, trade, maritime, and construction.

Deliver high-quality demos, presales workshops, and system configuration tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and effective solutions.

Contribute to cross-selling and strategic client engagement across the product ecosystem.

Minimum of 7 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.

Proven experience in leading end-to-end BC projects, including client workshops, functional design, and user training.

Strong presales exposure and ability to clearly communicate value to stakeholders.

Deep functional expertise across core BC modules – techno-functional skills are highly valued.

Experience working across international projects or with geographically dispersed teams.

Competitive salary ranging from €35,000–€50,000 based on experience, with an average earnings band of €40,000–€45,000.

2x annual salary bonus structure, with potential for more based on performance.
