THE ROLEWe are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Presales Solution Architect to join the commercial team.
This is a customer-facing role focused on driving the sales process by providing technical expertise and helping prospective clients understand the value of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and position Business Central as the ideal solution
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients’ business processes and challenges
- Deliver engaging presentations and tailored product demonstrations
- Articulate the value proposition and capabilities of Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Support the creation of proposals, quotations, and solution designs
- Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, addressing customer questions and concerns
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the successful delivery of a growing pipeline of Business Central projects
- Previous experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP platforms
- Excellent understanding of business processes across areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to translate customer requirements into effective software solutions
- Comfortable working closely with sales teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience delivering demonstrations and workshops would be highly advantageous
- Salary package up to £95,000–£100,000 OTE
- Fully remote working
- Client-site travel as required
