D365 BC Support Consultant Full Time Permanent

D365 BC Support Consultant – £30,000

Working with a growing, Microsoft Gold Partner who is now looking to make an addition to the D365 BC Support team. They’re looking for someone who’s customer centric and can provide 1st and 2nd line support for the Business Central system.

Experience

• Experienced with D365 Business Central
• 1st and 2nd line support in Business Central experience required.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of 1st and 2nd line support
• Resolving customer problems whilst maintaining high levels of customer service
• Operating a ticket system

Salary

Offering a market-competitive rate up to £30,000 (DOE) alongside an extensive benefits package – including Health & Wellness package, Employee Assistance, Company Contributory Pension

Location

This position is completely remote with very rare travel into the office, offices are located through-out the UK.
