D365 BC Support Developer

Pearson Carter are currently working with a Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner who has an office in Greater London. They are looking for a NAV/D365 Business Central Support Developer to join their growing team of support specialists. They are looking for someone with strong experience delivering 3rd Line Support in previous positions to hit the ground running in this role. 

They offer an excellent salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience + benefits + opportunities for progression + training!

Responsibilities:

• Delivering 3rd Line Support as and when required
• Delivering on small development projects for existing customers
• Handle mini upgrades from Microsoft for existing customers before they happen to avoid any issues
• Customer facing via Teams to discuss, identify, and explain solutions to problems

Experience:

• Over 4+ years’ experience in a BC Support Developer or similar position
• All round module experience and proficient with C/AL, AL, Azure DevOps, GitHub and Git Labs
• Experience working for a Microsoft Partner
• Experience delivering 3rd Line Support in previous positions.

Salary

Location

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central client has an office in Greater London – please note, this is a remote position and candidates must be either located in the UK or in Spain to be considered for the role.
