D365 Business Central Team Leader / Senior Consultant, Up to €60,000 Bonus

With a strong presence across Cyprus, Greece, and regional offices worldwide, they deliver digital transformation solutions across industries such as Finance, Maritime, Trade, Construction, and Enterprise.

They offer an excellent salary package of up to €60,000 (depending on experience), along with a fantastic bonus scheme that could potentially double your earnings.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver full end-to-end D365 Business Central implementations
• Work on projects across Finance and other sectors, both in local and international markets
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, deliver demos, and configure solutions
• Provide presales support and cross-functional consultancy
• Mentor junior team members (Team Leader role)

Experience:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central
• Proven track record of leading large-scale BC implementations
• Strong functional understanding, with a techno-functional skillset highly valued
• Experience with presales, demos, and cross-selling
• ERP experience in other systems may be considered for Cyprus-based candidates
• (Team Leader) Experience managing a team of 2 consultants

Location:
Remote-first from Greece, or hybrid from Cyprus

Salary:
Up to €60,000 (Team Lead) and up to €50,000 (Senior Consultant) depending on experience, with performance-related bonus scheme (potential to double base salary)
