D365 Business Central Consultant – £35,000–£55,000 (80% Remote)
Pearson Carter is proud to be working with a growing Microsoft Partner that’s delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central projects across the manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution sectors.

They’re expanding due to a strong project pipeline and are looking for a D365 BC Consultant with 2 years of experience to join their small but experienced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of projects, gain direct exposure to clients, and work closely with leadership on delivery and design.

The role is home-based with travel to their Glasgow or Harrogate office once per week, depending on where you’re located. They’re particularly keen on candidates based in Yorkshire or the North of the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver full end-to-end D365 BC implementations
• Work directly with the MD and project stakeholders
• Engage in all project stages: requirements gathering, gap analysis, configuration, testing, training, go-live
• Support clients across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution domains
• Balance independent project delivery with collaborative team input

Experience:

• 2 years as a D365 BC Consultant
• Strong experience across Manufacturing, Warehousing, and/or Distribution
• End-to-end project lifecycle exposure (minimum of 2 full implementations)
• Experience in requirements gathering, setup, configuration, and user training
• Background from either a Partner or End User environment welcome

Salary & Benefits:

They offer a strong package, including:

• £35,000–£55,000, depending on experience
• 25 days holiday bank holidays

Location:

Remote-first role with 1 day a week travel to Glasgow or Harrogate. Travel costs are not covered if you’re within 1–2 hours of the office.
