D365 Business Central Developer

A leading Malta-based consultancy providing industry-focused advisory, tax, and digital consulting services is expanding its Digital Consulting / Advisory practice. This role is for a motivated Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to join a growing D365 consultancy services team.

You’ll work closely with technical leads to deliver high-quality technical solutions across D365 Business Central projects.

• Implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central technical solutions

• Delivering development, integrations, and data migration activities

• Producing high-quality deliverables in line with agreed standards

• Actively unit testing and validating technical outputs

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional team members

• Keeping project management informed on progress and proactively identifying and communicating risks

The successful candidate will have:

• A university degree

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer

• Experience across all stages of a D365 BC implementation lifecycle

• Strong knowledge of the D365 Business Central ecosystem and related tools/technologies

• A solid understanding of coding standards, build and deployment processes, and testing methodologies

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (additional languages a plus)

• A strong customer focus and collaborative team mindset

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (highly desirable)

• A delivery-focused approach with the ability to estimate effort and meet deadlines

• A strong sense of ownership and accountability
