D365 CE CRM Solution Architect – Up to £100,000 – Hybrid/Remote (UK)
Pearson Carter is working with a rapidly growing Microsoft Gold Partner based in Milton Keynes. They specialise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and some Field Service) alongside the Power Platform, delivering bespoke solutions to charities, not-for-profits, health & social care, memberships, and training providers. They’re looking to expand their team with a Solution Architect who thrives in a collaborative, innovative, and relaxed company culture.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about leading Dynamics 365 CE solution design and delivery, keen to learn pre-sales skills, and ready to shape the technical direction of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects

Facilitate and lead discovery and design workshops with clients

Work closely with Project Managers to drive successful project delivery

Develop and enhance solutions using JavaScript, C# .NET, and PowerApps

Support pre-sales activities by developing proof of concepts and solution options (training provided)

Maintain a hands-on role with some strategic input

Skills and Experience Required:

2 years’ experience as a Dynamics CRM Solution Architect, ideally with a Microsoft Partner

Strong Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform design and architecture experience

Experience with JavaScript, C# .NET, and PowerApps development

Self-motivated, ambitious, and keen to learn new technologies including pre-sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; extroverted and team-oriented

Ideally a young professional with no dependents

Location:
Hybrid working with 2 days per week in Milton Keynes office or fully remote within the UK

Salary & Benefits:
Up to £100,000 depending on experience
