Pearson Carter is partnering with one of the leading Microsoft Partners based in Malta, who are looking to expand their team by hiring an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Project Manager. This role will focus on delivering large‑scale, end‑to‑end implementation projects for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure effective delivery across all phases.
• Oversee end‑to‑end implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered smoothly, on time, and within scope.
• Collaborate closely with Programme Managers, aligning project execution with overall strategic direction and organisational goals.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to maintain clear communication and ensure all stakeholders are engaged throughout the project.
• Monitor project risks and issues, proactively identifying solutions and maintaining project stability.
• Maintain high standards of documentation, reporting, and governance in line with best practices and partner expectations.

 

Experience Required

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) across multiple modules.
• Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end D365 CE implementation projects in a Project Manager role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and governance frameworks effectively.
• Experience working within a Microsoft Partner environment, handling multiple client engagements and complex delivery cycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
