A Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) is seeking a seasoned Functional Consultant to join their expanding team. This fully remote role offers the chance to lead high-impact CE implementations across diverse industry sectors, with a strong focus on mid-market and enterprise clients throughout the US.

In this client-facing position, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and optimising D365 CE solutions that drive business transformation and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to gather and document CRM business requirements
• Design scalable D365 CE solutions across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
• Configure and customise CE applications using out-of-the-box capabilities, Power Platform, and minimal code
• Manage and deliver full-cycle CRM implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live
• Provide training and support to end users post-implementation
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and Project Managers
• Participate in pre-sales engagements and contribute to RFPs and demos
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term value and system adoption

Experience

• 5 years’ experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (formerly CRM)
• Deep understanding of core CE modules – Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing
• Strong background in business process mapping and CRM best practices
• Proven experience delivering at least 2 end-to-end D365 CE projects
• Microsoft Partner or consultancy experience is highly advantageous
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Microsoft Certifications in D365 CE are a strong asset

Salary

Base salary of 155,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development support.

Location

Remote within the US. Occasional travel to client sites may be required and will be fully reimbursed.
