D365 CE Support Consultant – Somerset (Hybrid) – Up to 55k !! Full Time Permanent

Pearson Carter is working closely with an industry leading end user based in Somerset. They are looking for a D365 CE Support Consultant to join their growing IT division and resolve the tickets. As well as support future D365 CE projects.

Responsibilities:

• Working with D365 CE/Dynamics CRM.
• Pro-actively checking system and security monitoring tools and alerts. Resolving the incident or escalating the incident to the relevant team when required to do so.
• Taking pride in the issue and seeing it through to the end, providing an excellent customer experience.

Experience:

• Experience working with D365 CE/Dynamics CRM. 
• 2+ years experience delivering 1st and 2nd line support
• Good teamwork and communication skills

Salary

Our client are offering up to £55,000 DOE.

Location

Our client is based in Clevedon, and would require travel into the office 2 x per week.
