D365 CRM Developer – €45,000 – EU Remote

THE COMPANY:

A well-established Microsoft Gold Partner with over 90 employees, specialising in Microsoft business applications and cloud technologies. With a strong Microsoft practice and a collaborative culture, they continue to grow their delivery team and are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to play a key role in delivering enterprise CRM solutions.

THE ROLE:

We are hiring a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a highly experienced Microsoft delivery team. Working alongside Functional Consultants, you will take ownership of the technical delivery of projects from solution design through to implementation. This is a hands-on senior role where you will also provide technical leadership and mentor other developers.

• Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions from the ground up
• Lead technical architecture and solution design across customer projects
• Build custom functionality, integrations, and extensions within Dynamics 365
• Work closely with Functional Consultants to deliver customer requirements
• Mentor and support junior developers within the team
• Participate in customer meetings and provide technical guidance where required
• Deliver high-quality solutions across multiple industries and project types

THE CANDIDATE:

• Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE development
• Experience leading technical architecture and solution design
• Previous experience mentoring or supporting other developers
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Experience working within a consultancy or professional services environment
• Comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle
• Dynamics 365 Field Service experience would be beneficial but is not essential
• Excellent spoken and written English

• €40,000–€45,000
