Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced D365 CRM Developer / Technical Architect to join a growing organization specializing in nationwide asphalt and concrete services. This role will primarily focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules, including Customer Service, Sales, and Field Service implementation. The successful candidate will ensure system stability, performance, and alignment with business workflows while providing technical leadership and Tier 2/3 support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support, training, and documentation for internal users.
• Monitor system health, perform maintenance, and implement backup/disaster recovery strategies.
• Develop and maintain custom C#/.NET plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, consultants, and business teams to deliver enhancements and align CRM with operational needs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Manage support tickets and proactively resolve system issues.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Expertise in custom apps, system troubleshooting, maintenance, and support.
• Strong knowledge of entities, workflows, business process flows, Power Automate, and technical architecture.
• Experience with data management, integrations, and ideally D365 Business Central or D365 Finance & Operations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working across Midwest locations and collaborating with internal teams, business users, and consultants.

Salary/Package
Up to 130,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance (PPO or HSA), 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Location
Remote, with preference for candidates based in the Midwest to allow easy access to the Chicago office.
