    Pearson Carter are currently working with a huge end user in the financial services industry. Due to huge growth on the IT side of the business, they are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Specialist to join them on a permanent basis.

    • Managed and improved D365 solutions encompassing Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
    • Spearheaded continuous improvement initiatives to expand the D365 solution, emphasizing a compelling ROI model for future investments.
    • Partnered with senior stakeholders to demonstrate the added value of D365 solutions, focusing on commercial and customer-centric perspectives.
    • Developed technically robust and architecturally sound D365 solutions with a priority on secure data management.
    • Worked with key system stakeholders to ensure company-wide education, adoption, and productivity benefits of D365 solutions.
    • Collaborated with Learning and Development, champions, and influential leaders to create engagement materials for seamless CRM system onboarding.
    • Coordinated with the Data Services Team and reporting working group to enable informed decision-making through timely data.
    • Served as an accessible point of contact and subject matter expert for D365 core business applications and databases.




    • Hold a Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification, with a focus on Sales & Customer Service, at a minimum of Associate level.
    • Demonstrate effective leadership and management skills through prior experience in leading teams.
    • Possess hands-on experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, along with additional applications such as Omni-channel, Business Central, and Project Operations.
    • Exhibit a strong understanding of technologies commonly used in conjunction with Dynamics 365, including but not limited to Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Logic Apps, Power Pages, and PVA.
    • Showcase proficiency in the end-to-end development and maintenance of Dynamics 365 applications.
    • Skillfully design, test, and train on scalable solutions, ensuring a robust, best practice design architecture.
    • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 security and user administration configurations.




    • This role is 1x p/w in Bury, Manchester office




    • The client is offering up to £70,000 + benefits.
