Job Title: D365 CRM Systems Engineer
Location: UK Remote (Office visits 3–4 times/year)
Salary: up to £50,000
Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
We are looking for a D365 CRM Systems Engineer to join a growing technology team in a fast-paced financial services environment. You’ll design, develop, and maintain custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365, helping the business optimize the platform.
This hands-on role involves development, integrations, reporting, and collaboration with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Dynamics 365 custom solutions (workflows, forms, plugins).
- Integrate third-party software using APIs and custom connectors.
- Develop and maintain C# plugins and components.
- Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical solutions.
- Produce SQL-based reports and support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to system architecture, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot integrated systems.
- Document configurations, processes, and integration protocols.
- Stay updated with Dynamics 365 best practices and emerging technologies.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization and configuration.
- Strong C#/.NET development skills.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integrations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Eligible to work in the UK (British, ILR, Settled Status; Tier 2 dependents may be considered).
