Job Title: D365 CRM Systems Engineer
Location: UK Remote (Office visits 3–4 times/year)
Salary: up to £50,000

About the Role

We are looking for a D365 CRM Systems Engineer to join a growing technology team in a fast-paced financial services environment. You’ll design, develop, and maintain custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365, helping the business optimize the platform.

This hands-on role involves development, integrations, reporting, and collaboration with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Dynamics 365 custom solutions (workflows, forms, plugins).
• Integrate third-party software using APIs and custom connectors.
• Develop and maintain C# plugins and components.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical solutions.
• Produce SQL-based reports and support data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to system architecture, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot integrated systems.
• Document configurations, processes, and integration protocols.
• Stay updated with Dynamics 365 best practices and emerging technologies.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization and configuration.
• Strong C#/.NET development skills.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Eligible to work in the UK (British, ILR, Settled Status; Tier 2 dependents may be considered).
