Job Title: Lead D365 Finance Consultant
Lead D365 Finance Consultant 180k Benefits – Remote (US-Based)

A leading Microsoft Partner is expanding its Dynamics 365 Finance practice and is seeking a Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Finance modules to join its fully remote US-based team.

In this pivotal role, you will lead enterprise-wide D365 Finance implementations, driving digital transformation and optimizing financial processes for large-scale clients. The company values autonomy, collaboration, and a commitment to consulting excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workshops and translate business requirements into robust D365 Finance solutions

• Design, configure, and deploy core Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Project Accounting

• Provide expert guidance on financial process improvements, regulatory compliance, and reporting standards

• Mentor and support junior consultants throughout project delivery

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business analysts to ensure seamless implementations

• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), training, go-live, and post-implementation support

• Contribute to the enhancement of internal delivery frameworks and finance solution templates

• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders

Experience

• Extensive experience leading full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Finance (or AX) implementations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred)

• Strong understanding of enterprise financial processes, compliance requirements, and accounting standards

• Proven leadership skills in consulting engagements

• Previous experience working within a Microsoft Partner or consulting environment highly desirable

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

• Microsoft certifications in D365 Finance or related areas are a strong plus

Salary
Base salary of 180,000 plus comprehensive benefits including healthcare, 401(k), PTO, and professional development support.

Location
This is a fully remote position available to candidates anywhere in the US. Occasional client travel may be required and will be fully reimbursed.
