Pearson Carter are proud to be supporting a client in the expansion of their thriving team.
The client is seeking to expand their Advisory practice in the area of Digital Consulting. This new role calls for a motivated and skilled D365 Business Central Functional Consultant to be a part of a dynamic D365 consultancy services team.
Your Mission
As a Lead/Senior Consultant, you will work closely with our clients across a variety of industries, advising on how to use Dynamics 365 to meet their business objectives. You’ll work in partnership to understand their key objectives then design and consult on solutions and best approach. You’ll be our expert in D365 F&O and comfortable working with C-level executives, leveraging your specialist knowledge to add value to all your projects.
Pre-sales involvement. Prepare and deliver effective product demos and proposals to our customers.
Working with clients to understand their business requirements from conducting requirement-gathering workshops through fit/gap analysis and converting these requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
Leading the functional activities of a Microsoft D365 F&O implementation. Involve in end-to-end implementation activities, including the gathering of requirements, deliver design documents, hands-on configuration of the solution, conduct conference room pilots, configure and test the solution, produce user documentation, deliver and assist in UAT activities, and do Post-Go-Live support
Collaborating with the client and project team (enterprise architects, solution architects, developers and other functional SMEs) to gather in-depth understanding of the client’s business, business operations and business needs to analyze, design, customize and implement Microsoft based solutions.
About You
The successful candidate will possess:
A strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O functional capabilities , in addition to a good working knowledge of other Microsoft platforms that closely integrate. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business central is an added bonus. Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC certifications
Excellent business analysis and workshop facilitation skills, enabling you to functionally lead all phases of an implementation and deliver effective user training to stakeholders.
An understanding of managing a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
Ability to adapt, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly.
