D365 F&O Solution Architect

I’m representing a well-established Microsoft Partner that delivers complex D365 Finance & Operations projects across the enterprise space. They’re now seeking a Solution Architect to lead the technical and functional direction of their F&O projects, shaping solutions from pre-sales through to go-live.

This is a senior leadership role in a business that truly values strategic thinking and long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Designing scalable, enterprise-level D365 F&O solutions aligned to client strategy

• Leading architecture sessions, workshops, and roadmap planning

• Supporting sales/pre-sales efforts with high-level solution design and presentations

• Guiding functional teams and mentoring consultants across delivery

Experience

• Deep experience in D365 F&O and/or AX2012

• Strong cross-functional knowledge (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Projects)

• Previous experience in a Solution Architect role for Microsoft ERP

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Microsoft certifications and/or TOGAF a plus

Salary
This role offers a base salary up to 170,000 bonus, healthcare, 401(k), and generous benefits.

Location
This is a remote-first position available anywhere in the US. You’ll need to be open to some travel for key client engagements or team events (fully covered).
