Pearson Carter is partnering with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner and top Dynamics 365 consulting specialist in Europe. This innovative company delivers Microsoft ERP and CE solutions to large-scale enterprises, driving digital transformation through Dynamics 365, Azure, and M365 technologies.

They are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Technical Consultant to join their team and contribute to impactful projects across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth, technical challenges, and shaping large-scale D365FO implementations.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with client and internal teams to gather requirements and ensure quality delivery of D365FO solutions

Contribute to system analysis, functional testing, and solution documentation

Support implementation, go-live activities, and end-user training

Assist with demos, proof-of-concepts, and RFP/RFQ responses

Participate in knowledge sharing and stay updated on D365FO developments

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of consultancy or 3 end-to-end D365FO implementations

Microsoft certifications in Finance modules

Knowledge of ERP methodologies and tools like LCS and Azure DevOps

Strong background in finance module implementation

Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills

Salary: Up to €52,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Malta (Europe) with relocation support
