Senior D365 Project Manager (Remote) 

Pearson Carter are currently working with a Microsoft Gold Partner who are continuing their growth following recent investment. They specialise in delivering Dynamics 365 solutions across CE (CRM) and Business Central (BC/NAV), with a strong focus on the not-for-profit sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is scaling quickly, with strong backing and a clear ambition to become a market leader.

• Manage multiple Dynamics 365 projects simultaneously across CE and BC
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
• Report directly to the Head of Projects and collaborate within a team of 10 Project Managers
• Play a key role in delivering large-scale transformation programmes

• 4–5 years’ experience in D365 Project Management within a Microsoft Partner environment
• Strong experience delivering projects across Dynamics 365 CE and Business Central (BC/NAV)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience within the not-for-profit sector is beneficial but not essential

• Salary up to £80,000
• 5% annual bonus
• 23 days holiday (increasing with service or optional 25 days upfront)
• Fully remote working (UK or Ireland-based candidates considered)
• 37.5-hour working week (Monday–Friday)
