Data Centre Business Development Manager Singapore SGD 12,000/month Bonus

Pearson Carter are currently working with a global leader in cabling and connectivity solutions supporting the energy transition and digital transformation. They deliver innovative infrastructure solutions across transmission, power grids, electrification, and digital environments worldwide.

Due to growth, they are looking to hire a Data Centre Business Development Manager to drive growth within the data centre sector, identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and strengthen market presence.

They offer a competitive package of SGD 12,000/month up to 1 month additional salary hybrid working.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute data centre growth strategies
Identify and win new business opportunities
Build relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and partners
Conduct market and competitor analysis
Represent the business at industry events and conferences
Work with technical teams on site visits and solution assessments

Experience:
8 years in a relevant technical, commercial, or system integration environment
Strong structured cabling and data centre market knowledge
Experience with BMS, access control, security, or fire safety solutions
Proven business development / hunting experience
Strong stakeholder, presentation, and communication skills
Engineering degree or related qualification

Salary
SGD 12,000 per month up to 1 month additional salary

Location
Singapore (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days WFH)
