Data Engineer Role

Pearson Carter are working with an established company which are looking for someone to join their team. This role will involve working alongside a team to develop the modern data cloud platform within Azure whilst also supporting the businesses needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy data resources specifically within Azure, this would include all aspects of modern data pipeline, governance and endpoint delivery
• Measure the quality and performance of data services with the arranged KPI’s
• Strive to ensure the best-in-class data platforms and team

Experience:

• Extensive knowledge of SQL, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Python/Pyshark
• Understanding of Delta Lake, Parquet, and Lakehouse Architecture
• Experience and understanding of the Azure ecosystem and fundamentals

Salary:

Competitive salary of up to £30,000 + Benefits

Location:

Has an office in Exeter/Reading, but remote work is on offer
