Pearson Carter are currently working with a fast-paced End User client based in Herefordshire who are looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst Team Leader to join their team.

This role covers internal business operations as well as participation of Dynamics 365 CRM roll outs to new business acquisitions. You will be providing leadership to a team of Business Analysts and Developers.

Responsibilities

• Leading the IT CRM Team to efficiently deliver Dynamics CRM related services.
• Business analysis and requirement gathering.
• Correctly documenting business requirements.
• Liaising with other internal and external teams.

Experience

• Strong Dynamics 365 Business Analysis experience.
• Analysis, requirement gathering, documentations.
• Team Leadership experience (desired).
• Experience with Power Apps (desired).
• Experience with Click Dimensions (desired).

Salary

They offer and excellent salary of up to £55,000 depending on experience + Benefits.

Location

The company have offices in Herefordshire but are happy for candidates to initially work from home until the Covid situation changes, and then some travel to the office will be required.
