Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Dynamics 365, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and user adoption.
• Collaborate with teams to understand their specific requirements, tailoring training content to meet their unique needs and business processes.
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, guides, and interactive exercises.
• Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 applications and related technologies.

Requirements:

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including its various modules such as Sales, Customer Service and more.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ability to adapt training methodologies to different audiences, learning environments, and delivery methods.

Salary:

Salary of up to £50K with added benefits, including enhanced holiday leave, pension scheme, and continuous learning opportunities.

Location:

This role is remote, however you will be required to work in the London office 3X a month.
