Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Full Time Permanent

The successful candidate will join a market leading Dynamics 365 Partner with huge global reach.

Established for over 25 years, they aim to make the lives of manufacturers and distributors easier, with over 8,000 successful projects now completed.

Responsibilities:

• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
• Facilitating workshops to understand customer requirements.
• Documentation of customer requirements and to be solution design
• Design & build of customer solutions within the Dynamics 365 & Power Platform toolkit
• Delivering training workshops and handing over solution to customer
• Supporting the sales and customer service team throughout the customer lifecycle

Requirements:

• Experience as a Consultant or End User responsible for implementation and evolution of Dynamics 365 CRM Apps (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
• Experience with the Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Pages (Portals) and Power Automate
• Ability of understanding, designing, implementing and improving customer experience and/or sales processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of or experience in delivering business change

Salary:

Up to £55,000
