CRM Specialist
Location: On-site Manhattan, NY
Salary: 100,000 – 140,000 annually
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this role will ensure CRM data accuracy, enhance business processes, and support cross-departmental collaboration with a direct impact on sales, operations, and executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain CRM data integrity, including customer records, contracts, and pricing
- Supervise the CRM Data Integrity Coordinator and ensure accurate data entry and audit practices
- Configure and administer Dynamics 365 modules including Customer Insights, Finance & Operations, and Power BI
- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure complete and compliant documentation of customer contracts
- Automate and streamline processes related to quoting, contract management, communications, and reporting
- Analyze and visualize data trends using tools like Power BI and Oracle FAW
- Create customer dashboards and performance reports on revenue, loyalty, costs, and more
- Track and publish key business insights: market share, conversion rates, customer turnover, and contract renewals
- Provide training and technical support to CRM users across departments
- Lead CRM upgrades, customizations, and system improvements
- Partner with IT and operations teams to integrate CRM with other platforms and business systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI and Oracle FAW
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office
- Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to support and train users
Work Environment & Requirements
- On-site role in McAllister’s Manhattan office
- Requires use of computer and standard office equipment
