Pearson Carter are recruiting on behalf of a Microsoft Partner based in Brighton who are looking for new members to join their client success team. This client facing role will entail supporting clients beyond their initial Dynamics project, issuing resolutions, and minor configuration.

Responsibilities
- Ensure clients are supported in delivering best practice processes.
- Support clients’ Dynamics 365 CRM queries.
- Support the deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM.
Experience
- 1-2 years’ hands on IT Support experience.
- Skilled in Dynamics CRM or ERP applications support.
- 1st – 2nd Line Support experience.
Salary
They offer and excellent salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience + Benefits.
Location
Home based working is available until the Covid restrictions ease, at which point some travel to the office will be required. The Head Office is based in Brighton, Sussex.
