D365 Business Central Consultant – Up to €66,000 Hybrid – Zaltbommel (1–2 days onsite)
We’re working with a well-established Microsoft Partner in the Netherlands that specialises in delivering tailored ERP solutions. With a strong focus on the food, manufacturing, and warehousing sectors, they’re expanding their team and looking to hire an experienced D365 Business Central Consultant to join their thriving ERP practice. This is a great opportunity to work in a hybrid environment on full-cycle implementations with an experienced, close-knit team.

• Modern office located in Zaltbommel, with hybrid working (1–2 days onsite)
• Team of 42 professionals, including 25 ERP specialists within the D365 BC practice
• Industry focus: Fresh produce (AGF), food & beverage, manufacturing, and warehousing

The Role

• Location: Zaltbommel – Hybrid (1–2 days in-office, rest remote)
• Salary: Up to €5,500 per month – €66,000 (depending on experience)
• Type: Full-time, permanent
• Deliver end-to-end ERP implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Analyse client business processes, identify areas for improvement, and configure solutions accordingly
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including consultants, developers, and project managers
• Guide clients through migrations, adoption processes, and post-go-live support
• Conduct testing, training, and provide ongoing system support
• Focus on implementations in sectors such as food, AGF, and manufacturing

The Candidate

• 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong functional knowledge of modules such as: Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Finance
• Background in the food & beverage or manufacturing/distribution industries is highly preferred
• Skilled in analysing and translating business needs into system functionalities
• Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) or higher
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and client-focused with a collaborative mindset
• Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
