Forward Deployed Engineer | Agentic AI / LLM Applications

Pearson Carter are working with a fast-growing AI engineering team building enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions powered by LLMs, RAG pipelines, and cloud-native architectures. They work directly with enterprise customers to design and deploy production AI systems that drive real business impact.

Due to growth, they are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with customers, architects, and delivery teams to build scalable AI applications, orchestration frameworks, APIs, and retrieval systems in production environments.

They offer strong technical ownership, exposure to cutting-edge AI systems, and the opportunity to work end-to-end from design through to deployment with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:
Design and deploy Agentic AI and LLM-based applications
Build RAG pipelines, orchestration frameworks, and APIs
Develop cloud-native AI solutions and production infrastructure
Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms and data sources
Work directly with customers and stakeholders on solution delivery
Build observability and production-ready AI tooling

Experience:
5–7 years software engineering experience
Strong experience with LLM applications and Agentic AI workflows
Hands-on cloud-native development experience
Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and data pipelines
Customer-facing or technical consulting experience
Strong problem-solving and production delivery mindset

Location
Flexible / Hybrid (varies by client engagement)
