Forward Deployment Engineer

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Build retrieval pipelines, orchestration frameworks, APIs, and integrations with enterprise platforms
• Develop cloud-native applications and production-ready AI systems
• Collaborate with Architects, Delivery teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

• 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or related fields
• Commercial experience developing LLM-based applications
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and workflow orchestration
• Strong understanding of RAG systems and knowledge retrieval architectures
• Strong Python development skills and API integration experience
• Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer-facing communication skills

• Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions into production environments
• Experience with vector databases and AI observability tooling
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Consulting or professional services experience
