The Role

We’re looking for a Graduate AI Developer who’s excited to dive headfirst into real-world AI challenges. This isn’t a “sit back and learn slowly” kind of role—you’ll be contributing from day one, working on meaningful features, and helping shape the future of AI within our platform.

You’ll work closely with a small, high-impact dev team to design, build, and deploy AI-driven features into a live product used at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and integrating AI/ML features into our core SaaS platform
• Working on cutting-edge AI use cases within construction and project management
• Experimenting with new tools, models, and approaches (we value curiosity)
• Collaborating with engineers and product teams to ship real features fast
• Taking ownership of problems and figuring things out—even when the path isn’t clear

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on AI experience (projects, internships, uni work, or personal builds)
• Comfortable being thrown into the deep end and learning on the fly
• A strong desire to grow in the AI domain—this is more than just a job for you

• Solid fundamentals in programming

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs, NLP, or computer vision
• Familiarity with modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Exposure to deploying models in production environments
